    Business Developer (ATM Card Services) - Owerri

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Developer to join our ATM Card Services team. As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the expansion of our ATM card services by identifying new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
      • Assist in researching and identifying potential clients and partners within the ATM card services market.
      • Support senior team members in generating leads through market research and outreach efforts.
    2. Client Relationship Management:
      • Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.

    Outbound ATM Customer Relationship Officer

    We are building a dedicated outbound call team responsible for:

    • Verifying the effectiveness of Business Developer (BD) deployment
    • Reactivating inactive debit card agents across their lifecycle
    • Supporting the growth and retention of a high-performing agent network

    Key Responsibilities

    BD Deployment Quality Verification

    • Call debit card agents to confirm whether BDs completed training, onboarding, and system setup as required.
    • Identify and document deployment gaps.

    Agent Reactivation & Lifecycle Monitoring

    • Engage different agent categories (e.g., new but inactive, low sales, past high performers) to understand inactivity reasons.
    • Promote card restocking and reactivate agent activity.

    Barrier Resolution Support

    • Use outbound calls to identify system, supply chain, or support issues affecting agent performance.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.

    CRM Logging & Performance Reporting

    • Record all call feedback in CRM tools.
    • Submit weekly summary reports capturing agent sentiment, challenges, and reactivation status.

    Requirements

    Education:

    Minimum OND, HND, or B.Sc in any discipline
