    The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering new services and identifying requirements for prospective markets.

    Job Description:

    • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
    • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
    • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
    • Analyze and evaluate sales related data.
    • Implement strategies to improving marketing mobilization processes.
    • Planning and overseeing new market initiatives.

    Electrical Maintenance Manager

    Location: Mowe, Ogun

    Job Summary

    • The ideal role holder will be responsible for managing all installations, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities including maintaining machinery, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures.
    • The position holder will oversee the duties of the Electrical team. This will include leading, hiring, co-ordinating, motivating and training team members to meet the required performance standards.

    Job Description

    • Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including emergency or incident response
    • Define and implement safety standards meeting regulations for electrical wiring
    • Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
    • Plan and manage all repair and installation activities
    • Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
    • Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates
    • Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs
    • Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary
    • Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering, Facility Management or a related field.
    • Candidates who reside around Mowe would be highly preferred.
    • 2-5 years experience as an Electrical Maintenance Manager or similar role preferably in a Recreational Centre
    • Strong knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
    • Demonstrated experience in supply management, including inventory control and procurement is required
    • Demonstrably high level of technical understanding

    Construction Supervisor / Engineer

    Job Summary

    • Our client is recruitng a Construction Supervisor/Engineer to aid its quality project delivery.
    • The role holder will supervise onshore and offshore fabrication, installation of systems and instrumentation, supervise construction/installation engineers, assess the estimated time and material costs for every project, complete quality assurance, and ensure the compliance of Health & Safety standards on-site at all times.
    • The ideal candidate will also be responsible to oversee the performance of engineers, identifying systems’ problem(s), and providing feasible solutions to the problem(s) identified. Also, making recommendations for improvement, as well as preparation of progress report.

    Job Description

    • Manage and supervise onshore/offshore fabrication, installation, and construction.
    • Prepare required engineering deliverables including reports, designs, and drawings.
    • Manage structural engineering design and any design changes within budget and schedule.
    • Ensure recognized offshore engineering practices applicable to Instrumentation & Control design engineering are adopted.
    • Oversee team members’ work to deliver quality work and meet strict deadlines
    • Provide specialist technical support, supervision, and advice to the discipline and project teams.
    • Develop Project Execution Plan (PEP) requirements and ensure its application (including the Engineering Plan).

    • Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.

    Person Specification

    • First Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years work experience preferably with a Construction/Installation company and at least 2 - 4 years proven experience in instrumentation engineering projects.
    • Proven track record of diverse project handled preferably in major oil and gas company.
    • Possess significant experience in vessel and oil platform-related activities with considerable experience related to marine and/or offshore construction.
    • Experience in the Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities related to Instrumentation and/or Electrical Equipment.
    • Familiar with relevant international codes, standards, and recommended practices.
