    Business Analyst

    Job Description

    • Analysing the structure of the business to determine how it operates and determine its objectives.
    • Gathering business requirements from all departments.
    • Documenting requirements for either IT or Scheme projects.
    • Being the point of contact between the IT and Project functions and the rest of the business.
    • Preparing and delivering a report of your findings to leadership with comprehensive risk and impact assessments
    • Developing comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test cases in a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Environment
    • Overseeing the implementation of approved process improvements and (where appropriate) implementing different systems and platforms.
    • Carrying out training sessions and workshops to guide relevant teams
    • Carrying out periodic quality checks
    • Product and project management activities including end-to-end delivery of concepts into finished and usable products

    Requirements

    • 5+ years in card, securities & investments, fintech, mobile payments and working with card schemes highly desirable.
    • Experience in banking and financial services including capital markets, MFBs and non-banking FIs is a huge advantage
    • Experience of reviewing and implementing new business processes.
    • IT literate and knowledge of one or more Core Applications and CRM systems an advantage.
    • Project management skills and experience.

    Corporate Communications Specialist

    Job Description

    • As corporate communications specialist, you will focus on the communication of the company, both internally and externally and will support in the public relations space to ensure consistency in company messages to maintain a positive company image.
    • Write, edit, and approve copy for social media, print media, website, video scripts, blog articles, adverts, emails, sales collateral, etc.
    • Edit and proofread work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.
    • Collaborate with the creative, product, marketing, and legal teams to assess project requirements and provide messaging assistance.
    • Stay current on trends within the editorial sphere.
    • Create compelling, conversion-focused marketing copy that clearly explains what products and services are and how they solve the problems of the target audience.
    • Interview internal subject matter experts and product managers and turn technical concepts into understandable messaging that drives product branding.
    • Stay up to date with the trends in communication technology and customer challenges to build more effective content and messaging.
    • Must be conversant with basic SEO tools like SEMRUSH, Google Keyword Planner, etc., and be able to conduct keyword research.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field.
    • 3 - 5 years post NYSC work experience in related field.

    Software Developer

    Job Description

    • Develop new user-facing features.
    • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
    • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
    • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
    • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end.
    • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
    • Develop web applications end-to-end.

    Requirements

    • HND, B.Sc with at least 3 years experience.
    • Background in computing, engineering or related field.
    • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
    • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Mercurial / SVN.
    • Experience with, and knowledge of advanced front end frameworks and libraries including Javascript, CSS, HTML5, AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS, React Native etc.

    • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and cloud developer services.
    • Understanding of product management tools and frameworks such as scrum, agile, devops and so on.

    Technical Product Manager

    Job Description

    • As Product Manager, you will oversee different products throughout their product lifecycle.
    • You will also provide the product vision and leadership for the many other roles involved in developing, supporting, marketing, and selling these digital products.
    • In addition,you will work closely with Development/Engineering and other teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard.

    Responsibilities

    • Translate business strategy into product strategy.
    • Own the entire product roadmap and execute product strategy.

    • Be recognized as a leader in the business and build relations with business stakeholders.
    • Deliver a regular (e.g., monthly) volume, revenue and profit forecasts.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Computing, Social Sciences or related fields.
    • Certification in Products management, project management or digital marketing and Growth Engineering, e.g. Project Management Professional, Certified Product Manager, Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Product Manager
    • Agile and scrum methodologies.
