    Brand Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute an integrated brand strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
    • Create, oversee, and manage high-quality content across multiple digital channels, including website, social media, and email marketing.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining a strong, recognizable identity.
    • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and photographers to generate visually appealing and impactful materials.
    • Plan and execute brand activation campaigns, in-store experiences, and marketing events that drive brand awareness and customer consideration.
    • Identify and leverage strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand reach.
    • Track, measure, and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign ROI.
    • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of content and marketing stakeholders.
    • Manage creative workflows and guide team members to deliver compelling, on-brand work.
    • Work closely with management to translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum of 4 – 6 years of progressive experience in brand management, preferably within the interior design, lifestyle, or creative industry.
    • Proven ability to manage multi-channel content and digital marketing strategies.
    • Demonstrated experience in brand activations, marketing events, and partnerships.

    Administrative Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee general office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
    • Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including front desk, drivers, and facility support personnel.
    • Manage office supplies, logistics, and vendor relationships efficiently and cost-effectively.
    • Maintain accurate records of company documentation, correspondence, and operational data.
    • Oversee facility management, including maintenance, utilities, and security coordination.
    • Coordinate employee attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems.
    • Assist management with internal communication and policy implementation.
    • Foster a professional, supportive, and compliant workplace culture.
    • Work with the accounts team to monitor administrative budgets and expenses.
    • Ensure timely procurement of office supplies and equipment.
    • Track vendor invoices and support proper documentation for payment processing.

    Requirements

    • 3 – 5 years proven experience in administrative or operations management, preferably within real estate or corporate services.
