    Brand Manager - All Categories (Pipeline Buildup)

    THE PURPOSE

    To manage the image and perception of assigned brands using appropriate research and integrated marketing communication tools to ensure continuous growth in market share and to achieve and exceed the sales objectives of the assigned brands.

    THE JOB

    • Develop and implement plans and strategies to grow assigned brands in order to increase market share and sales revenue 
    • Prepare integrated marketing communication briefs for advertising agencies and media partners to ensure clarity of brand objectives and positioning
    • Collate, summarize and maintain all market-related information on assigned brands to facilitate management decision-making process through accurate reporting
    • Monitor and evaluate integrated marketing communication activities on assigned brands to ensure compliance with approved brand budget, enhance brand positioning, and benchmark competition achievement of set objectives
    • Assist the marketing manager in the process of new product development and brand improvements

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Be self-motivated
    • Have good interpersonal skills
    • Have leadership qualities
    • Be a “people-person”
    • Be very detailed and research-oriented.
    • Be able to multi-task

    QUALIFICATION

    • 5 ‘O’ level credits including Mathematics and English in not more than 2 sitting
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Membership of Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), APCON
    • MBA an added advantage

    • 5 – 10 years’ cognate experience

    Manager - Security Operations

    The Job

    • Responsible for supervision and monitoring of guard operations within the premises. Functionally reports to the Corporate Security Manager.
    • Ensure effective daily and weekly duties schedule of all security operatives.
    • Enforce free truck movement by reducing congestion of vehicles within the premises.
    • Assist the CSM in the coordination of night trucks movements and revert with reports.
    • Monitor armed escorts movements with Head of Security Drivers and inform CSM of critical incidents for his prompt attention.
    • Collate incident reports daily from all locations for CSM’s attention or further action.
    • Must be able to perform the CSM’s duties in his absence
    • Assist CSM with special duties within the company.

    Qualifications

    • B.Eng. / HND in any course
    • Masters Degree and Professional Qualification is an added advantage

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 8 years in Security Management.

    Assistant Electrical Manager - Premium Edible Oil Products Limited

    Location: Ibadan, Oyo

    The Job

    • Manage new electrical projects.
    • Plan and schedule maintenance of Plant electrical systems and machinery including transformers, Ring Main Units, switch gears, etc. and ensure all electrical maintenance work is done in a safe work environment, following all applicable safety regulations.
    • Involved in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instruction for all Electrical related activities/ Processes and oversee its implementation.
    • Develop machine inspection programme and study inspection reports in order to schedule required preventive maintenance activities and ensure its proper implementation.
    • Monitor maintenance jobs on Electrical system during shutdowns/break downs to ensure quality and accuracy
    • Raise job orders (for external services required in electrical repair work); Raise material requisition through the order processing system and Vet the electrical materials supplied to stores to ensure they meet specified requirements
    • Design and modification of electrical systems to meet specified requirements in accordance with IET regulations and carry out required testing of electrical systems prior to commissioning
    • Training, supervision and appraisal of subordinates.
    • Monitor stock level for all Electrical spares and reorder accordingly.
    • Lead the energy management drive for the PEOPL, and regular energy audit of the plant.
    • Ensure equipment maintenance logs are filled and departmental reports are updated promptly.
    • Ensure the safety of self and others in the line of work.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
    • Ensure compliance with FSMS requirements in the assigned work process
    • Ensure effective management of food safety risk and opportunities identified for the department.

    Minimum Qualification

    • B.Eng. or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering

    Assistant Manager, Trade Development

    The Job

    • Responsible for managing and developing all aspects of FMN business relationship/performance with Dealers to ensure objectives are achieved.
    • Manage the retail redistribution team and ensure all teams deliver against their monthly KPIs.
    • Coach the redistribution team, working closely with the Area Sales Manager to ensure that training is embedded.
    • Conduct surveys, gather and report market and competitive intelligence to assist in Management’s decision making.
    • Ensure agreed SOPs are strictly adhered to.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc. or HND in any discipline.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in FMCG.
