    Branch Manager

    Locations: Island and Mainland - Lagos

    Job Summary

    • A Cosmetics store is looking for an experienced, organized, and result-driven Branch Manager preferably female for gender balance to oversee the operations of our retail stores.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining brand standards across the branch.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day retail operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
    • Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve client complaints professionally.
    • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and manage stock discrepancies.
    • Maintain store visual standards, merchandising displays, and product organization.
    • Track and report on sales performance, expenses, and overall store metrics.
    • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

    Requirements & Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • 3–5 years’ experience in retail management, preferably within cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industries.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
    • Knowledge of beauty and skincare products is compulsory.
    • Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
    • Must reside within Lekki, Victoria Island, Satellite, Festac, Surulere and Ago.

    Salary
    N200,000 - N250,000 / month,

    Content Creator / Social Media Manager

    Description

    • A cosmetic store is looking for a creative, organized, and trend-savvy Content Creator / Social Media Manager to help us grow our online community and bring our brand story to life across all digital platforms.
    • The Content Creator / Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing the brand’s online presence from creating high-quality visual and written content to engaging audiences and driving brand awareness, loyalty, and sales.

    Responsibilties
    The Social Media Manager / Content Creator will:

    • Develop, execute and manage the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,) to build the brand, engage customers and drive foot‐traffic and online sales.
    • Create high‐quality visual and written content (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions) aligned with our brand voice in beauty, skincare and makeup.
    • Work closely with marketing, store teams and product teams to highlight new launches, promotions, in-store events, tutorials, customer testimonials.
    • Monitor, analyze and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and use insights to optimize content and campaigns.
    • Stay up to date on trends in beauty, social media, Nigeria & African market, and propose creative ideas to keep our content fresh and relevant.
    • Manage community engagement: respond to comments/messages, moderate discussions, build relationships with ambassadors/influencers.
    • Coordinate with external creators/influencers when needed.
    • Design and implement a monthly social media content calendar.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience (2–4 years or more) managing social media & content for a brand (ideally in retail/beauty/fashion).
    • Strong portfolio of content creation: social posts, videos, perhaps previous beauty/cosmetics work.
    • Excellent visual storytelling skills: photography, video shooting, editing
    • Good writing skills for social captions, blog‐type posts, brand tone.
    • Deep understanding of social platforms, current trends (especially Reels/TikTok/Shorts), algorithm changes, hashtags, engagement tactics

    Salary
    N150,000 monthly.
