    Bistro Cook / Chef

    Job Description

    • Closely studying and following Sooyah Bistro recipes
    • Preparing food quickly, following the standard quality and measurement of Sooyah Bistro
    • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, and complying with all safety
    • norms while carrying out work functions.
    • Handle food as hygienically as is possible
    • Remembering and preparing multiple orders and assembling them to customer satisfaction
    • Able to cook in bulk and use commercial kitchen equipment.
    • Ensure all kitchen equipment are clean and well-kept after use
    • Must kept the kitchen and its surroundings clean at all times.
    • Keep an inventory of all orders and stock
    • Store everything properly and in order.

    Requirements

    • Must have at least SSCE / OND / HND certificate
    • 0 - 1 year work experience.
    • Ability to communicate effectively
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Customer service/relationship skills

    Working Conditions:

    • 10:30 am - 9pm
    • 5 working days in the week
    • The residential location must be commutable

    Compensation

    • N54,000 (With Meal Allowance inclusive)
    • Outlet Performance Bonus
    • HMO

    Branch Assistant Manager

    Job Description
    Job roles include the following but are not limited to:

    • Managing all affairs for your assigned branch and reporting directly to the Operations Manager within your region
    • Serving as the top Bistro Cook in the branch
    • Closely monitoring food preparations by all Bistro Cooks and Suya Chefs, ensuring that high quality and consistency is met according to food preparation guidelines.
    • Ensuring company policies are followed by all employees in your branch.
    • Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
    • Training and developing new employees.
    • Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
    • Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
    • Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
    • Ensuring product quality and availability.
    • Preparing and presenting employee reviews.
    • Overseeing inventory and sales
    • Assisting customers whenever necessary.
    • Organizing employee schedules.
    • Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
    • Taking disciplinary action and reporting to the Operations Manager
    • Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
    • Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
    • Maintaining company standards.
    • Supporting the Operations Manager as needed.
    • Ensuring that all company property is well kept.
    • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace and complying with all safety norms while carrying out work functions.

    Requriements

    • Interested candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
