    Mini Ambulance Driver

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a responsible and experienced Mini Ambulance Driver to ensure the safe and timely transportation of patients and medical personnel. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of road safety regulations, emergency response protocols, and vehicle maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Safely transport patient and medical personnel to designated locations.
    • Ensure ambulance readiness by conducting daily vehicle checks (brakes, lights, battery etc.).
    • Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency transport requests.
    • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the ambulance at all times.
    • Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations to ensure patient and passenger safety.
    • Assist medical personnel in loading and unloading patients when required.
    • Keep accurate trip logs and maintenance records for the vehicle.
    • Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Minimum of SSCE/OND with a valid driver’s license.
    • Proven experience as a professional driver.
    • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and emergency response driving.
    • Strong navigational skills and familiarity with local routes and traffic laws.
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle urgent situations professionally.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be available to resume immediately.

    Requirements:

    • Experience working with or selling to the public health sector
    • Proven track record in sales of medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
    • Strong understanding of public procurement processes, compliance, and documentation.
    • Teachable, adaptable, and passionate about healthcare delivery.
    • Demonstrated integrity and ability to build trust-based relationships.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and pursue opportunities.
