    B2B Sales Support Executive

    Job Description

    • Are you detail-oriented, sales-savvy, and passionate about supporting growth in a fast-paced business environment?
    • We are looking for a B2B Sales Support Staff to join our team and assist the Sales Manager in managing our wholesale and distributorship portfolio within a largely retail-focused organization.

    About the Role

    • As the B2B Sales Support Staff, you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to provide operational and administrative support for all wholesale sales activities.
    • You’ll assist in managing relationships with distributors and wholesalers, processing orders, following up on deliveries and receivables, preparing reports, and ensuring overall smooth coordination of our B2B sales operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Sales Manager in executing wholesale and distributor-related sales activities.
    • Process wholesale orders, track deliveries, and follow up on pending shipments or invoices.
    • Prepare sales reports, performance trackers, and client account updates.
    • Coordinate communication between the sales team, wholesale customers/distributors, and order fulfillment teams like the warehouse and logistics departments.
    • Maintain and update records of customer accounts, pricing, inventory levels, and terms of trade.
    • Assist in resolving customer queries or complaints with a proactive and professional approach.
    • Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure order fulfilment and timely collections.
    • Provide administrative support for the distributor onboarding and compliance documentation.

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales admin, or B2B support—preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
    • Strong communication and coordination skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic sales reporting tools.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
    • A team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

    Hardware Support Technician

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Hardware Support Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all hardware components across our retail stores and offices nationwide.
    • This includes desktops, laptops, POS systems, printers, scanners, UPS units, and network cabling. The successful candidate must be hands-on, resourceful, and capable of providing prompt support to ensure minimal downtime in our retail operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and repair hardware issues on laptops, desktops, and workstations.
    • Troubleshoot and maintain POS systems, thermal printers, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and other retail-specific devices.
    • Install, repair, and maintain network cables, patch panels, and related hardware.
    • Perform routine checks and maintenance on UPS systems, replacing batteries and ensuring power backup readiness.
    • Support the deployment and physical setup of new IT infrastructure at new or existing retail locations.
    • Install and configure hardware drivers, firmware, and perform BIOS updates as required.
    • Maintain inventory of IT hardware components and recommend procurements or replacements.
    • Collaborate with software and network teams to resolve issues that intersect with hardware performance.
    • Keep detailed records of repairs, installations, and inventory movements.
    • Provide remote or on-site support as needed across multiple retail branches.
    • Ensure all installations and repairs comply with organizational standards and IT security guidelines.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2years proven experience in IT hardware support, preferably in an IT/Hardware sales and repairs business environment or in a retail or multi-location business environment.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills in laptops, desktops, POS systems, printers, and UPS units.
    • Skilled in structured cabling, including installation and termination of Ethernet cables.
    • Knowledge of hardware procurement processes and cost-effective solutions.
    • Ability to interpret hardware manuals and wiring schematics.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
    • Willingness to travel frequently to branch locations across Nigeria.

    • Salary: N180,000 - N200,000 / Month.
