Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within targeted industries and sectors.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor solutions that address customer challenges.
• Present and demonstrate the company’s value proposition to prospects through product demonstrations and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings based on market feedback.
• Manage and track customer engagement and sales activities through the CRM system.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree
• Minimum three years of experience selling B2B Software like Payroll/HRMS or Accounting software to business leaders and executives
• Based in Lagos
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the African business landscape and workforce development challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Able to use sales tools like; Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha.
• Has met or exceeded sales target of 4 million naira, with proven track record.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales of all facilities within the SRS Collection, rooms, restaurant and Spas. Resolve issues regarding sales within the SRS collection. Chase new leads and develop bookings. Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat and recurring business. Managing corporate partnerships- Travel agent, concierge service providers and travel guests. Developing and marketing catalog of all sales packages. Identifying promising prospects through cold calling and customer referrals.
• Conduct sales Visit and close deals.
• Report: Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly report on sales and business promos. Maintain up to date reservations and sales report. Prepare reports by collecting sales reports and statistics. Report sales results and productivity. Analyze sales matrix to determine whether current sales strategy are effective.
• Innovation: Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing as market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests. Identifying new market and business opportunities.

Requirements

• First degree in any related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Management position.
• Deep knowledge of hospitality and luxury industry
• Relevant equivalent professional experience with an excellent command of English both verbal and written required.
• Experience working with high net-worth individuals.
• Proven experience in event management and track record of meeting and exceeding sales.
• Works well within a team but can work autonomously towards given deadlines.
• Ability to handle a high pressured and fast moving working environment.
