Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance necessary to keep observing instruments operating at their peak efficiency on a daily basis.
•  Must be able to inspect, tests, detect abnormal fluctuations, adjust and repair instruments used for measuring and indicating pressure, temperature etc.
• Must be able to test accuracy of measuring instruments, controllers and other recording, indicating or controlling instruments to locate defective components in system.
• Initiate, own and assist with the resolution of RCAs (Root Cause Analyses) and completion of resulting actions.
• Prepares schematic drawings, sketches, and reports to reflect changes or alterations made in instruments, circuits and systems.
• Keep supervisor informed on progress on assigned tasks, problems and concerns related to the instrumentation; provide status reports as required and accept priorities as assigned.
• Collaborate with plant technicians to create efficient, effective and unified work environment based on the principles of teamwork and mutual responsibility for shared objectives. 
• Ensure awareness, understanding and application of QHSE policy on assigned

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• 3 – 5 years’ relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a basis for management planning ,operating controls and financial performance appraisals in the production facility in Agbara
• Provide information and analyses to support the management in making business decisions
• Calculates cost prices and IC prices and analyses deviations with actual cost prices.
• Prepares internal Management Report.
• Prepares and consolidates yearly operational Production budgets.
• Reviews for production P &L: actual against budgeted performances and prepares reports explaining deviations
• Responsible for safeguarding integrity of registrations and monitoring irregularities.
• Executes ad-hoc investigations on request of Finance Director
• To have efficient, reliable and tailor made internal management reporting, adding value and supporting other departments’ decisions.
• To automate and efficiently execute the reporting requirements from the various stakeholders.
• To fully control the operations in Production, to understand deviations from budget/plan and to propose improvements.
• To (further) develop the use of available IT for controlling/reporting reProduction
• To assist in implementing the necessary set-up in management control area.

Responsibilities
What you will do:

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and speed targets.
• Implement Autonomous Maintenance on machines at defined frequences.
• Accurately document all tasks performed, including machine operation and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians to resolve machine related issues effectively.
• Apply all company provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to Health Safety regulations
• Prevent product cross-contamination by ensuring equipment cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of an OND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field.
• At least, three (3) years relevant work experience as Mechanical or Electrical Technician
