    Auditor

    Job Description

    • Vouching of petty cash.
    • Conducting checks and balances on the financial report presented by different Departments.
    • Put control measures on the assets and liabilities of the company.
    • Verifying all banking transactions and reporting any irregularities to the management.
    • Monitoring the movement and balancing of inventories.
    • Design template(s) for financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) of the company.
    • Investigate and report any suspicious and fraudulent acts.
    • Analyzing financial reports prepared by different departments and advice the Management where necessary.
    • Spot check on any financial activities handled by the staff on behalf of the company.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced organization.
    • Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Mathematical and deductive reasoning.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
    • Proficiency in the use of accounting tools like Tally.
    • Integrity and honesty.
    • The ability to drive is an added advantage.
    • Must be resident in Abuja, or ready to relocate at your own expense.

    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • Promote and sell our company’s medical equipment and hospital consumables to healthcare institutions within your assigned territory.
    • Conducting market research, analyzing trends, performing product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations toManagement when necessary.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Scheduling appointments and meetings with key opinion leaders in hospitals and Pharmacies in your territory to promote and sell our company products.
    • Identifying and closing new business opportunities for the organization.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s medical products.
    • Performing product demonstrations for healthcare professionals like Doctors, Pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
    • Building and maintaining good business relationships with clients to encourage repeat purchases.
    • Maintaining detailed business records.
    • Submitting reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly, as required.
    • Staying updated on new developments in the medical field and how such developments can influence the company's business strategies.
    • Meet/exceed sales quotas.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a medical-related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years in a Medical Sales / Marketing Position.
    • Great communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Persuasiveness and resilience.
    • Sound negotiation & sales skills.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Top customer service skills.
    • Must be able to drive (a car) perfectly.
    • Should have some management experience.
