    Assistant Manager - Electronics and Instrumentation

    Responsibilities

    Structural Engineer

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Structural Engineer to join their Lagos Head Office.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design for building projects, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
    • The role requires proficiency in engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, and MS Project, alongside a deep understanding of construction processes and structural systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform structural analysis and design for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
    • Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculation reports.
    • Utilize ETABS and SAFE for modeling and design of structural elements.
    • Review and revise structural plans based on project requirements and site conditions.
    • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering designs and safety standards.
    • Analyze configurations of structural components for strength and stability.
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and integration.
    • Inspect sites and structures to assess conditions and provide technical recommendations.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory approvals.
    • Generate technical reports, charts, and documentation for all engineering tasks.
    • Handle any other tasks as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    • B.Eng./HND in Structural Engineering, Civil/Building Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Professional certification in Engineering (e.g., COREN, NSE membership).
    • 6–10 years of relevant experience in a reputable engineering or construction firm.
    • Proficiency in structural design software, including ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, budgets, and regulations.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
    • Strong communication and technical reporting skills.

    Administration Manager (Healthcare Sector)

    Responsibilities

    • Devise and implement revenue-generating initiatives
    • Monitor and manage employees’ daily performance at the site.
    • Ensure quality patient-centered service is delivered at all times
    • Facilitate regular staff meetings to support communications, deliver training, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Provide recommendations that support improvement in productivity, quality, patient care, excellent customer service, and teamwork.

    • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

    • Continually seek out new ways of improving the company’s operations.
    • Develop periodic center operations training programs alongside HR.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree / H.N.D in Public Health, Public Administration, Business Administration or related discipline
    • Professional qualification from relevant professional body is an added advantage
    • 5-7 years minimum experience in hospital operations/Management
