    Asset Disposal Lead (Interim/ Contract)

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess the disposal readiness of all nominated assets.
    • Segment assets into sell-fast, prepare-then-sell, and hold/restructure categories.
    • Eliminate non-credible buyers, agents, and intermediaries early.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant or related field
    • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, real assets, infrastructure, or special situations.
    • Demonstrable track record of closing Nigerian transactions end-to-end.
    • Experience handling complex or legacy assets in challenging market conditions.
    • Strong negotiation capability and commercial judgment.

    Sales Operations & Performance Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Own our Freshsales CRM — ensure every lead is logged, tracked, followed up, and progressed through the pipeline
    • Supervise sales executives
    • Build a repeatable, structured sales process from lead intake to deal closure

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant or related field
    • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or inside sales leadership
    • Proven ability to supervise junior team members
    • Fluent in tools like Freshsales, Asana, or similar CRMs/project trackers

    General Manager - Human Resources

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the real estate sector.
    • Organize training programs to enhance employee skills/leadership.
    • Oversee a half yearly performance appraisal systems.

    Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development.
    • Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior HR leadership role (e.g. HR Head, HR Director, or VP-HR).
    • Strong background in corporate HR, business strategy alignment, and multi-functional collaboration.
    • Experience in managing HR operations for large organizations, ideally in a diverse, multisector environment like WTC.
    • Exposure to global HR best practices and cross-border HR management is a plus.
