    Executive Assistant

    Responsibilities
    Administrative Support:

    • Manage the Executive Director’s (ED’s) calendar, schedule, and appointments.
    • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
    • Handle correspondence (emails, memos, letters) on behalf of the ED.
    • Maintain filing systems and confidential records.

    Communication & Liaison:

    • Serve as the first point of contact between the ED and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Draft and proofread reports, presentations, and official communications.
    • Relay information from the ED to staff, departments, and external partners.

    Project & Task Coordination:

    • Track progress of projects assigned by the ED.
