We're looking for a commercially minded Agricultural Engineer who is passionate about selling farm equipment, building customer relationships, and driving business growth.
Requirement;
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related discipline.
2—4 years' experience in equipment sales, business development. key account management. or customer-facing commercial roles.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding Of agricultural equipment and mechanization.
Ability to advise customers on selecting the right farm equipment based on their operational need
Excellent communication. negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Comfortable generating new business through prospecting. follow-ups. and customer engagement.
Experience working with farmers, agribusinesses, cooperatives. or agricultural institutions is an advantage.
