IT Support Specialist at Hitech Construction Company Limited

• Hitech Construction Company Limited is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to provide first- and second-level technical support across the organization.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT hardware, software, networks, and end-user systems to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of IT support.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
• Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, hardware/software installation, and system maintenance.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL) are an added advantage.
