After - Sales Technical Support Specialist (Call Center Specialist) at MeWe Electronics

• Act as the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with appliances (e.g., refrigerators, TVs, AC units, washing machines)
• Efficiently answer inbound technical calls, ask targeted diagnostic questions, and decipher customer descriptions to identify the root cause of product malfunctions (e.g., error codes, connectivity issues, mechanical failures).
• Walk customers patiently through step-by-step remote solutions using interactive troubleshooting guides, product manuals, and internal knowledge bases.
• ​Warranty Verification: Review customer purchase receipts and warranty terms to determine if a repair or replacement is covered under the company’s policy.
• Utilize video-assistance tools (where available) to visually inspect the appliance via the customer’s smartphone camera to pinpoint physical defects or incorrect installation.
