    Advertising and Sponsorship Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are recruiting for the position of an Advertising and Sponsorship Executive.
    • A results-driven individual who is experienced and keen to develop new skills related to Advertising and sponsorship,who cares a lot about detail and pride in impeccable execution.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Advertising and Sponsorship Executive is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans/strategies and ensuring maximum impact in terms of advertising and Sponsor attraction retention.

    Job Duties

    • Build and develop sponsorship, corporate engagement, partnership and other relevant packages for the company event portfolio
    • Liaise and meet with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
    • Conduct market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
    • Create marketing and promotion plans for the sponsorship, corporate engagement and partnership packages
    • Manage the creative process behind promotional materials for advertising, sponsorship, corporate engagement and partnership packages including copy writing for tailored brochures and proposals.
    • Carry out detailed research into potential leads in liaison with the Partnership Team, including researching opportunities to develop and grow existing relationships with sponsors and event partners
    • Identify and attend relevant networking or similar events with the view to generating leads
    • Approach cold and warm leads with the view of selling packages and developing partnerships including delivering presentations to potential leads, sponsors and event partners
    • Lead on the negotiations with potential sponsors and event partners including creating contracts and managing payments
    • Account manage and develop relationships with sponsors and event partners including providing any reporting needed
    • Coordinate and manage sponsors and events partners’ involvement at events working in partnership with the relevant event manager
    • Work closely with Partnerships Team, Senior Management Board, Committee members and Regional Directors
    • Contribute positively to the team, be flexible within the broad remit of the post, and be prepared to take on other tasks/projects when required
    • Use communication technology to record all interactions with leads, sponsors and event partners
    • Mobilise resources for events and programmes
    • Develop and implement advertising campaign that meets client's brief and budget

    Education / Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field, or equivalent education and experience
    • 2 years of experience in a related field

    Digital Sales and Marketing Executive

    Job Description

    • We are recruiting for the position of a Digital Marketing and Sales Executive.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Digital Sales and Marketing Executive is expected to expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute Afrocentric content and products.
    • He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build customer leads pipeline through marketing techniques, nurturing and engaging those leads through email marketing, telemarketing, SMS marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns as well as optimizing the conversion rates and lifetime value per client.

    Job Duties

    • Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
    • Creating and executing SMS, and email-based marketing campaigns.
    • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of a company.
    • Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
    • Drive website traffic and acquire leads.
    • Measure site traffic, identify, and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize
    • marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools
    • Conduct on-site and off-site analysis of clients in various industries.
    • Compile performances report using the Google Analytics program.
    • Keep attention to the updates of Google’s Algorithm.
    • Contribute to the company’s blog for on-page and off-page optimization.
    • Conduct keyword research according to the latest keyword research strategies.
    • Create social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules.
    • Promote the brand’s products and services on various social media channels.
    • Present the analytical findings to the senior management.

    Education / Experience

    • At least 3 years of combined experience working in sales & digital marketing
    • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and experience in using various SEO tools
    • Proficiency in designing digital marketing campaigns.
    • Ability to create engaging written, pictorial & video content
    • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills are a must.
    • Strong technical SEO skills
    • Experience in designing, measuring and analyzing campaign results & metrics.
