    Admin Officer

    Job Description

    • The preferred candidate should be highly organized with a demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • The focus of the role is to provide administrative support to our executives and ensure the smooth running of our office.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
    • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
    • Maintain and update company databases
    • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
    • Answer queries by employees and clients
    • Update office policies as needed
    • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
    • Book meeting rooms as required
    • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
    • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
    • Arrange travel and accommodations
    • Schedule in-house and external events

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in a relevant field with 2 - 4 years work experience.
    • Must reside in Lagos Island (VI, Lekki and its environs)
    • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
    • Solid knowledge of office procedures
    • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
    • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize own workload

    Digital Marketer

    Job Description

    • An experienced Digital Marketer who can plan and manage all of our digital marketing channels and campaigns.
    • You will report to the Marketing Director and contribute to the organisation’s marketing strategy to increase customer sales and engagement.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and manage content for [Company X]’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
    • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
    • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
    • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
    • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in [Company X]’s marketing campaigns

    Other Requirements:

    • Must reside in Lagos Island (VI, Lekki and its environs)
    • Proven experience managing a digital marketing function for an organisation
    • Strong track record implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
    • Experience using content management systems
    • Knowledge of website analytics tools, for example Google Analytics
    • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.
