    Admin Officer

    Requirements:

    • OND qualification in Business Administration, Office Technology Management, or a related field.
    • Experience in documentation, record keeping, and general administrative duties.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and organize company records and documents.
    • Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documents.
    • Ensure proper filing and document control procedures.
    • Provide administrative support to various departments.
    • Assist in coordinating office activities and daily operations.
