    Senior Ticketing Manager

    Job Description

    • Providing guidance and direction to ticketing team on flight reservations and issuance of tickets on Amadeus GDS; Reissue and Revalidation of tickets, issuance of EMD’s, Refund applications, Generation of travel insurance on BSP link and other related ticket issues.
    • Advising clients on flight itineraries, air ticketing, hotel accommodation, land transfer and other travel-related issues.
    • Liaising with airlines and approved agents to check all communications, negotiations and procurement requirements when required.
    • Providing assistance clients with airport check-in points, embassy appointments, online check-in, seat allocation, boarding pass issuance etc. and attending to corporate clients' enquiries.
    • Negotiating pricing and commissions with external stakeholders and partner travel companies.
    • Managing correspondence to airlines, private and corporate clients and respond to mail correspondence.
    • Handling complex customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Training and monitoring ticketers to ensure high performance towards customer satisfaction, meeting of targets and increase in sales.
    • Creating work schedule and timetables and allocating jobs.
    • Managing accounts and meeting or exceeding targets relating to revenue growth and profit margin.
    • Identifying incremental sales opportunities within a portfolio of customers.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal & external customers at all levels within an organization.
    • Ensure client's retention by exceeding client expectations with every interaction.
    • Ensuring all client account information is up to date.
    • Ensuring effective and efficient debt recovery from clients.

    Key Skills Needed:

    • 7+ years' experience and proficiency in the use of Amadeus GDS.
    • Previous leadership experience in ticketing.
    • Ability to relate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Results oriented with regards to quality and productivity goals.
    • Availability to work flexible hours as determined by business need.
    • IATA certification (desirable).

    Executive Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing day-to-day support to the CEO by confirming the day’s priorities, clarifying assignments, and resolving open issues.
    • Ensuring the CEO is organized, on-time, and well prepared for activities and tasks ahead.
    • Researching and assisting in preparation and presentation of board papers.
    • Maintaining the CEO’s calendar and appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
    • Assisting with preparations for meetings, and / or representing the CEO at meetings in her absence.
    • Accurately recording minutes from meetings and following up with meeting participants.
    • Preparing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
    • Researching and preparing data and documents for review and presentation to the CEO.
    • Drafting letters and documents and initiating communications on the CEO’s behalf.
    • Making travel and accommodation arrangements and managing travel itinerary on the CEO’s behalf
    • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
    • Providing general administrative support to the CEO.

    Qualification and Experience Required

    • First degree in any field.
    • MBA is also preferable.
    • Previous experience as an Executive assistant.

    Required Competencies and Skills

    • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite and other tools
    • Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities.
    • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

    Key Duties / Responsibilities:

    • Safely and efficiently transport company personnel, materials, and equipment to designated locations.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices at all times.
    • Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
    • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
    • Assist with loading and unloading of materials and goods as needed.

    • Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
    • Excellent driving skills and a commitment to safety.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good physical condition with the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
    • Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and repair tasks is preferred.
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
