    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • To support and work closely with the Finance Manager and heads of departments in
    • managing the financial and commercial aspects of the business
    • To assist in the financial management and control function of the organization, including
    • financial and regulatory reporting
    • Managing the relationship with the auditors, planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting,
    • strategy, and funding

    Job Responsibilities

    • Performing all accounting-related tasks, with the assistance of other team members of the
    • company.
    • Provide assistance in preparing annual budgets and forecasts
    • Managing agent accounts for payments
    • Compliance with accounting standards, local regulations, Group policies, and internal guidelines
    • Liaise with Auditors (both statutory & Internal) for timely and smooth completion of the audit
    • Work on Special projects from time to time as required by Management
    • Preparation of monthly payroll
    • Assisting the Finance Manager in creating, monitoring, and updating financial-related policies and procedures
    • Preparation of payments and following up with banks for maintaining bank accounts with various banks
    • Intercompany/ Affiliates accounts maintenance: WEB booking, routine reconciliation
    • Monthly Expense Analysis
    • Monthly Bank Reconciliation
    • Bank guarantees -coordination with CAM and Head office for issuance, amendment, and
    • closure of bank guarantees
    • Tax management: calculations, bookings, reconciling, and payments
    • Stock accounting and management.
    • Ensure Compliance with statutory Accounting standards and other regulations
    • Accurate and in-time preparation of monthly IC Recon, as well as FC and budget reporting.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Accounting or relevant field.
    • 8+ years of experience in a Company Accountant Role.
    • Professional qualification in Accounting is mandatory.
    • Sound Knowledge of Accounting and Tax laws and standards.
    • Good knowledge of accounting and analytical skills.
    • Sound experience in the use of Accounting and financial report software, e.g SAP
    • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and other related software
    • Demonstrable leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and
    • effectively educate and connect other colleagues regarding all Accounting matters.

    School Cleaner

    Responsibilities

    • Perform general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, to maintain cleanliness in classrooms, corridors, offices, restrooms, and other areas of the school.
    • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies, such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
    • Empty and properly dispose of waste bins and other trash receptacles, ensuring proper separation of recyclable and non-recyclable waste.
    • Clean and maintain windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
    • Clean and disinfect surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, and other furniture.
    • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of outdoor areas, such as playgrounds and entrances, by sweeping and removing debris.
    • Report any maintenance issues or damage to school facilities to the appropriate authorities.
    • Follow established cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
    • Collaborate with other cleaning staff and school personnel to ensure a coordinated and efficient cleaning process.

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is preferred.
    • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and cleaning agents.
    • Ability to follow cleaning instructions and adhere to established procedures.
    • Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects, as required.
    • Attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning tasks.
    • Good time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the size of the cleaning staff.
    • Excellent hygiene practices and knowledge of sanitation standards.
    • Reliability and punctuality in attending work shifts.
    • Basic verbal communication skills in order to understand and follow instructions.
