    Accountant

    Role in Summary

    • Ensures all revenue of the company are collected at record time.
    • Summarizes receivable by maintaining invoice accounts.
    • Performs account receivable responsibilities including billing, processing of invoices & revenue collection.
    • Charges expenses to accounts & cost centre by analysing invoices/expenses.

    Reporting Line

    • Reports directly to HA. Provides assistance to & receives direction from GM.

    Main Duties

    • Receives Sales Orders from Sales Team, Channel Partners: verifies accuracy & completeness of all required information on SAF and dully approve by GM.
    • Communicates with Clients regarding their billing & manage credit with collections via phone, email, mail or physical meeting.
    • Handles monthly statement and sends to Clients, maintains accounts receivable invoice records.
    • Posting and updating on our billing software.
    • Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable & preparing reports.
    • Updates & reviews aged receivables for unpaid balance.
    • Follow up with Corporate, Institutional & Retail Clients, collect & allocate payment.
    • Receives & process the deposit of the cheques.
    • Verifies total monthly sales and compare with amount on proforma invoices sent.
    • Monitors Clients account details for non – payment, delayed payment & other irregularities.
    • Develops debt recovery system & initiate collection efforts.
    • Renders weekly report on Receivable.
    • Recommends Service Suspension for non-payment Clients.
    • Investigate & resolve Clients/Vendors query or disparity on billing & payments.
    • Charges expenses to accounts & cost centres by analysing invoices/expense report.
    • Ensure timely re-order of materials such as routers, fiber cable, closures, patch cord etc.
    • Tracking of new client connections using the WELCOME PACK and the JCC.
    • Preparation and payment of Monthly Sales Commission.
    • Compilation of Weekly Accounts Receivable (AR Reports).
    • Any other Tasks assigned to you by the Management

    Key Performance Indicator

    • Swift resolution of any established Queries from clients/vendors within 30 minutes for minor complaints.
    • Swift resolution of any established Queries from clients/vendors within 2 hours for major complaints.
    • Timely issuance of Prepaid Invoices to all clients not later than 15th of every month.
    • Collection of all revenue at record time not later than 3rd of the new month for residential Clients and not later than 7th of the new month for Corporate, Institutional & Retail Clients.
    • Timely rendition of reports.
    • Proactive management of receivables.
    • Excellent customer relations.

    Personal Qualities & Qualifications
    Job Holder must possess the following:

    • Degree holder in Accounting from reputable higher institution.
    • Data entry skills.
    • Good knowledge of financial software.
    • Attention to detail & thoroughness.
    • Analytical mind & ability to drive revenue collection at record time.
    • Demonstrates sense of urgency & tenacious at work.
    • Must be on at least final stage of ICAN.

    Required Experience:

    • Must have 3 years cognate experience in a similar position from a reputable big organization.

    Age Bracket:

    • 26 – 35 years of age.

    Salary
    N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.

    Sales Executive

    Role in Summary

    • The Sales Executive to be trained and managed to oversee the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organisations marketing message.

    Main Duties

    • Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's Sales Manager to see them executed.
    • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing Customers.
    • Contributing to sales and marketing plan.
    • Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
    • Supporting the Sales Manager in day to day marketing activities.
    • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
    • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
    • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
    • Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with Partners, colleagues, representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.
    • Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
    • Answers questions from Customers about product and service benefits.
    • Maintains excellent relationships with Customers.
    • Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
    • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
    • Creates and presents regular performance reports for Sales Managers and Executives
    • Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
    • Attends trade shows and events to meet Customers as needed
    • Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
    • Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
    • Researches Client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
    • Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
    • Makes product appeal to the target market.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Prompt submission of sales report
    • High retention level of Client base
    • Minimum of 70 % increase in sales leads on monthly basis
    • High rate of conversion of sales leads to sales.

    Personal Qualities & Qualifications
    Job Holder must possess the following:

    • Ideally a Degree in Marketing, Social Science or Computer Science.
    • Strong and confident communicator.
    • Excellent copywriting skills and experience.
    • Trainable person
    • Social Media personality
    • Commanding personality.

    Skills:

    • Accuracy in Data Entry.
    • Swift response to instructions.
    • Excellent customer relations.

    Age Bracket:

    • 20 - 30 years of age.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N140,000 Monthly.

    Project Trainee

    Main Duties

    • Introduce new networking technologies or improve existing technologies to add value to existing services & capabilities.
    • Carry out splicing of optic fiber once installation has been completed and approved by QA.
    • Documentation of optic fiber core assignment, power level, and pictures of optic fiber cable as-built layout.
    • Site supervision for optic fiber cable installation.
    • Site survey and preparation of BOQ.
    • Provide first level technical support to Client.
    • Attend and provide technical support during sales meeting with Client.
    • Develop solutions that drive the success of our network.
    • Participate in developing policies, procedures and technical reports.
    • Handles & coordinates network trouble shooting & fault analysis.
    • Trouble shooting and splicing of optic fiber cable.
    • Leverage networking tools to identify & mitigate networks anomalies.
    • Ensure stable & reliable network services.
    • Monitors the network performance on daily basis.
    • Ask Client targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
    • Talk Client through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solved a technical issue.
    • Provide prompt attention to trouble ticket.
    • Manages deployment & maintenance of network monitoring, analysis & reporting tools.
    • Manages installation of network hardware & software.
    • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Network Engineering.
    • Any other Tasks assigned to you by the Management.

    Personal Qualities & Qualifications
    Job Holder need to be:

    • Degree holder in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering or Science from reputable higher institution with minimum of second class upper.
    • Good understanding of Telecommunications principle, use of Single Mode, Multi-Mode, optic fiber, Maintenance of BTS (Base Transmission Station). SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierachy).
    • A focussed, self-motivated Technical Support Officer with creative flair who will bring Network strategies to life.
    • Profound knowledge of optic fiber installation, splicing and testing.
    • Candidate must possess excellent customer interface, analytical and presentation skills and be able to influence internal and external organizations.
    • A highly effective individual who has an absolute eye for detail and is focussed on improving business performance through exceptional Network - Strategies/Solutions execution, reporting and evaluation.

    Demands on the Job

    • Must have at least 2 years cognate experience in Optic Fiber networking from telecommunication related organisation especially ISP firm.
    • Ability and wiliness to work long hours and meet tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work under none or minimal supervision.
    • Maybe required to work weekends and in shifts.

    Age Bracket:

    • 25 - 35 years of age.

    Salary
    N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
