    Accountant

    Job Objective

    • Responsible for preparing, examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards and meet business needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare accounting reports and other necessary information for audit purposes
    • Maintain updated electronic records of the company’s financial transactions and fixed assets register via the company’s ERP.
    • Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files;
    • Reconcile bank statement with accounts (cash, receivables and various payables etc) on a weekly basis
    • Update and maintain accounting procedures
    • Manage supplier and staff payments in accordance with set procedures
    • Prepare reports for management and shareholders, providing financial insights and interpreting data
    • Analyze business operations, trends, costs revenues, financial commitment, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
    • Support month-end and year-end stock count and valuation process
    • Assist with local and federal required filings as appropriate i.e Taxes and related filings
    • Manage weekly/monthly/annual operating budget preparation and cash forecasting analysis
    • Prepare monthly internal financial statements and management accounts
    • Manage the company’s relationship with the banks and other external financial stakeholders, credit and facility provider.
    • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
    • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations is a plus.
    • ICAN certification is an added advantage.

    Production Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Production Supervisor is responsible to accomplish daily production results by communicating job expectations to factory staff; planning and monitoring appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
    • To handle the shop floor operations by leading an operational resources team and efficiently co-operating with various peer groups within the company.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
    • To set the direction of the plant operation as per instructions of Production Manager, achieve daily/monthly SKU wise production plan, prepare action plans for self and individual team members.
    • To set daily, /weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to factory staff.
    • To ensure production planning and arrange materials, man power and machine for next day’s production.
    • To enforce waste control regards to raw materials packaging and finished product.
    • To maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control point and equipment’s; monitoring personnel and resources; study time and motion to improve efficiency; cost reductions; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
    • To supervise quality standards and work on implementation of GMP, HACCP & ISO.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor or Master’s Degree with hands on experience in handling shop floor.
    • Good knowledge about ISO, HACCP and other applicable international standards.
    • Experience of minimum 3 years and maximum 6 years would be needed with team handling experience of minimum 5 - 7 people.

    • Good experience in industrial electrical works
    • Able to make electrical control panels with all related contactors, relays, timers.
    • able to trace and repair any electrical fault, connect Motors, inverters, speed controllers.
    • Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards
    • Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time
    • Define customer needs and requirements
    • Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards
    • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes

    Requirements and skills
