Account Support Officer at Fadac Resources

Our client is a private sector led Tier 1 Microfinance Bank that provides a versatile range of financial services to low-income groups, micro, small and medium enterprises, self-employed with entrepreneurial skills. Due to expansion, they are currently in need of an ACCOUNT SUPPORT OFFICER.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Checking invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Handling accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Contacting clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any payment discrepancies.
• Analyzing financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Creating and updating customer databases to ensure accurate information.
• Reviewing incoming and outgoing invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Conducting market research to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Ability to undertake bank reconciliation statement, daily call over reporting, financial statement analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of HND in Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Proficient with Microsoft office suite
• Excellent communication and writing skills
