Responsibilities and Attributes

• Accounting officers to work with the company’s auditor to ensure proper scrutiny of accounts from the details in the business’s accounts and its financial records.
• To prepare the annual financial statement.
• To facilitate the reconciliation of accounts.
• Also give financial advice.
• And other duties assigned by the Chief Finance Officer.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess the following:

• A Degree / HND in Accounting or any relevant field.
• NYSC completion is mandatory
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles, concepts and entries
• Good knowledge of Nigeria tax laws and regulations
• Must have 3 - 6 years cognate experience in a reputable organization, preferably Health Management Organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Maintain and update company databases
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails and packages)
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Schedule in-house and external events.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with at least 4 years relevant work experience.

• Extremely detail-oriented and with perfect follow-up skills
• Must have a high speed of writing for taking notes/meeting minutes
• Basic Project Management ability
• Ability to organize tasks, research and keeping records.
• Highly dependable and trustworthy: maintain confidentiality having access to extremely sensitive documents.
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Experience in handling personnel/staff matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications
Candidate must possess the following:

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any of the Social Sciences.
• A Master’s Degree in relevant discipline(s) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience post NYSC
• Minimum 5 years post qualification cognate experience, preferably in a reputable Health Management organization.

Qualifications / Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Medical Laboratory Science or any related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience post NYSC
• HMO Experience will be an added advantage.
• Attendance of related Courses/ workshops/seminars etc. will be an added advantage.
• Must have 2 - 4 years cognate experience in a reputable organization, preferably HMO.
