    Account Manager

    About the Role 

    • We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Account Manager to build and manage long-term relationships with our fintech clients. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers ensuring satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor on how to maximize the value of our fintech solutions and product offerings. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. 
    • Serve as the main contact post-onboarding guiding clients through product usage, performance insights, and strategic support. 
    • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and work with sales to execute. 
    • Build deep product knowledge to educate clients and troubleshoot user issues. 
    • Collaborate with product, support, and compliance teams to resolve customer challenges and communicate updates. 
    • Monitor client usage data and flag underperformance, churn risks, or expansion potential. 
    • Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins with clients. 

    Qualifications 

    • 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services ideally in fintech or financial services. 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both strategic conversations and day-to-day support. 
    • A customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills and commercial awareness. 
    • Experience working with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms. 
    • Bonus: Familiarity with cross-border payments, FX, APIs, or B2B financial platforms.

    Customer Onboarding Analyst

    About the Role

    • As an Onboarding Analyst at Bluebulb Financials, you will play a critical role in ensuring new customers especially businesses and partners are onboarded efficiently, securely, and with a great first experience. You'll work at the intersection of compliance, customer experience, and operations to ensure that all KYC/KYB documentation, system setup, and customer activation steps are completed with accuracy and speed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, including document verification, data entry, and account setup.
    • Conduct KYC/KYB checks in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Liaise with compliance, sales, and tech teams to resolve onboarding issues quickly and professionally.
    • Monitor onboarding pipelines and follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of required steps.
    • Identify process gaps or delays and suggest improvements to streamline onboarding.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or onboarding tools.
    • Provide a smooth handover to the customer management team post-onboarding.

    Key Requirements

    • 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, client operations, compliance, or customer service preferably in fintech, banking, or SaaS.
    • Understanding of KYC/KYB procedures and AML principles.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and internal teams.
    • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or onboarding platforms is a plus.
    • Familiarity with cross-border payments, digital wallets, or API-based fintech solutions is a bonus.
