    Senior Executive Associate

    The Company: A Private Investment Office and Fund focused on Global Tactical Business Opportunities (Multi-Sector Projects and Investments). Objective/ Purpose: End-to-End Transaction Administration, Management & Support REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Functionally Reports To Group Lead. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal External Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities 

    • Provide Operational, Administrative and Management Support for all Transactions within the Firm, including but not limited to preparation and presentation of all transaction materials required throughout the deal lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the firm’s quality standards for all transaction-related documents and analyses. 
    • Officiate, Administer and Manage the Firm’s Deal and Work-flow process for all Transactions within the company 
    • Act as Liaison and key point of contact for all transaction stakeholders for the administration and advancement of all company transactions and deals 
    • Oversee and Coordinate all contractors and consultants carrying out Transaction-related assignments for the firm 
    • Lead and Host Transaction-related and Management meetings and presentations with all Stakeholders (Physically or Virtually) 
    • Review, Test and Optimize Transaction Analyses carried out by Consultants, Summarize and Present to Management including Economic Models and Transaction Memoranda. 
    • Proactive communication to the CEO related to any concerns and/or emerging risks that may jeopardize any transactions 
    • Support company productivity by monitoring company performance including but not limited to managing the company pipeline, generating periodic performance reviews and reports, creating portfolio reports and strategy memos for the company as a whole. 
    • Manage the administrative process for disbursements and payment related to deals within the organization 
    • Proffering Analytical Solutions to manage transaction-related risks JOB SPECIFICATION/QUALIFICATION 

    Education Qualification: 

    • ▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent discipline Professional Qualification: 
    • Certification from a recognized institution Experience 
    • At least 4 years’ experience of relevant work experience at a commercial or investment bank KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS: Functional/ Technical/ Competence Requirements: 
    • Great knowledge of Financial Investments 
    • Excellent analytic, problem solving, and communication skills 
    • Someone that is Commercial, Economic and Financially sound 
    • Sound knowledge of building and understanding financial models 
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Strategic thinker coupled with ability to roll up sleeves and get it done Behavioral: 
    • Responsive, Pragmatic, Quick-thinker. 
    • Very Hardworking 
    • Strong decision-making skills 
    • Detail-oriented 

    (Candidate should be preferably between the age of 34-37) WORK CYCLE (HOURS/ DAYS): Monday - Friday (8.00 am - 5.00 pm)
