Job Description

• Manage construction projects from the conceptual design phase through completion of construction
• Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved to keep workflow on track
• Work to improve the project process
• Ensure project aligns with set strategy and budget
• Coordinate with clients, owners and subcontractors to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction and administer everyday operation for projects.
• Communicate timeline changes and new information to team; tracks project changes and adjust schedules as needed
• Record minutes and take detailed notes during meetings
• In charge of keeping track of all project-related paperwork; ensure all needed materials are current and properly filed and stored
• Strategize with project manager when needed
• Track and analyze project risks and recommend improvements
• Oversee Contractors and Construction Crews
• Ensure that projects complies with environmental and safety requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Analytical skills.
• Conceptual skills.
• Communication skills.
• Be passionate about buildings and the built environment
• Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Good drawing skills, with the ability to work with 2D
• Inventive and imaginative.

Job Description

• Develop high quality and cutting edge 3D arts.
• Animate characters and objects for 3D arts.
• Utilize 3D modeling, mapping, texturing, lighting techniques etc. to create visual elements.
• Attend team meetings to discuss art related issues, work progress, etc.
• Review 3D arts and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Optimize 3D arts for creating realistic environment.
• Create 3D models from photos and real-world objects.
• Troubleshoot problems on reintegration of outsourced assets into the 3D arts.
• Develop high poly sculpts and textures for 3Darts.
• Create 3D assets for arts and models.
• Ensure to meet high artwork standards.
• Discuss with team members on any problems regarding the needs of the project.
• Understand the project requirements and develop high quality 3D models accordingly.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.

• Advising potential students on education opportunities in overseas.
• Providing counselling to student by giving them available options that are fit for their circumstances
• Assisting suitably qualified students to make the best choices to achieve their educational goal and finding suitable courses for prospective students
• Assisting students in lodging their school application by applying to various universities/colleges overseas
• Assisting with activities to promote overseas education institutions represented by the Company.
• Maintaining accurate records of students counselled and applications sent to the various institutions.

Requirements:
