Job Description

• Manage construction projects from the conceptual design phase through completion of construction
• Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved to keep workflow on track
• Work to improve the project process
• Ensure project aligns with set strategy and budget
• Coordinate with clients, owners and subcontractors to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction and administer everyday operation for projects.
• Communicate timeline changes and new information to team; tracks project changes and adjust schedules as needed
• Record minutes and take detailed notes during meetings
• In charge of keeping track of all project-related paperwork; ensure all needed materials are current and properly filed and stored
• Strategize with project manager when needed
• Track and analyze project risks and recommend improvements
• Oversee Contractors and Construction Crews
• Ensure that projects complies with environmental and safety requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Analytical skills.
• Conceptual skills.
• Communication skills.
• Be passionate about buildings and the built environment
• Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Good drawing skills, with the ability to work with 2D
• Inventive and imaginative.
