Responsibilities:

• Edit videos (typically 8–20 minutes) using provided scripts, voiceovers, and storyboards.
• Add b-roll, animations, graphics, and architectural diagrams to enhance viewer understanding
• Use maps, schematics, and motion graphics to explain complex topics visually
• Ensure high-quality visuals, clear pacing, and professional transitions
• Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone
• Collaborate with the research and scripting team for context and feedback

Requirements:

• Proven experience editing educational or documentary-style YouTube videos
• Strong portfolio of work in technical, engineering, or architecture-related content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools
• Understanding of YouTube pacing, retention strategies, and formatting
• Ability to work with limited direction and meet deadlines reliably

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with 2D/3D animations or CAD renders
