Responsibilities:

YouTube Strategy and Optimization:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube strategy to increase channel visibility, engagement, and subscriber base.
• Implement effective SEO techniques to enhance video discoverability.

Content Development and Management:

• Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with the target audience.
• Utilize analytics to make data-driven decisions for content improvement
• Demonstrate proficiency in YouTube automation tools and processes to streamline content creation and scheduling.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and other relevant roles.

Channel Growth and Performance Analysis:
