We are seeking a qualified, passionate, and experienced English and Yoruba Teacher to join our academic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, improving students’ literacy skills, and promoting cultural appreciation through effective teaching of Yoruba language.
Key Responsibilities
Teach English Language and Yoruba in line with the approved curriculum
Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching aids
Assess, record, and report students’ academic progress
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school activities
Support students’ moral, social, and academic development.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of NCE, B.Ed, or B.A (Education) in Yoruba related fields
Teaching experience in a school setting is an added advantage
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Yoruba
Good classroom management and interpersonal skills
