We are seeking a skilled, disciplined, and hands-on Wig Production Supervisor who is passionate about quality craftsmanship and team leadership.
The ideal candidate is technically strong in wig construction or styling, detail-oriented, and capable of overseeing daily production operations while maintaining high standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervising daily wig production activities, ensuring efficiency and quality across all stages of construction and styling.
Managing and guiding stylists and sewing technicians to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Conducting quality control checks before wigs are approved for delivery or customer pickup.
Monitoring production timelines to ensure orders are completed within agreed deadlines.
Training and mentoring junior team members to improve skill level, speed, and consistency.
Maintaining an organized and disciplined production environment.
Collaborating with the operations team to manage inventory of materials and production supplies.
Preferred Experience & Skills
Strong technical knowledge of wig sewing (machine and/or hand), closure/frontal installation, cutting, curling, and coloring.
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishing.
High level of discipline, punctuality, and accountability.
