Responsibilities

• Joining metal parts together, repairing damaged components, and filling holes or seams.
• Interpreting blueprints, drawings, specifications, and welding symbols to plan operations.
• Cutting, grinding, cleaning, and aligning metal surfaces prior to welding.
• Testing completed welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with quality standards.
• Following strict safety regulations, including wearing protective gear (heat-resistant gloves, masks, safety shoes).
• Maintaining and cleaning welding machinery, tools, and work areas.
