Website and Email Marketing Manager at D-VIP'S Excellent Academy Ltd

Salary Range: ₦40,000 – ₦60,000 per month

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our website performance and building an email marketing system that nurtures leads into paying clients. You will work closely with the content creators and digital marketers to ensure all campaigns are supported by a strong digital backbone.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Academy website (content, forms, automation, analytics, and integrations).
• Ensure client registration forms are properly linked, tracked, and functional.
• Set up email marketing funnels (welcome series, promotional emails, newsletters, reminders).
• Build and manage an email subscriber list from all lead-generation activities.
• Analyze website & email performance data to optimize conversions.
• Ensure all digital systems (website, email, forms) run smoothly without downtime.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align ads with landing pages and email campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in website management (WordPress, Strikingly, or similar CMS).
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Brevo, ConvertKit, etc.).
• Ability to create automated email sequences for nurturing leads.
• Knowledge of basic SEO, analytics, and lead-tracking tools.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in website/email management.
• Certification in digital systems, email marketing, or web development is a plus.
