Warehouse Officer at eRecruiter Nigeria

Location  (Ibadan & Asaba)

Our client is a foremost supplier of high quality medical diagnostic products and services in West Africa.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimum level of stock available to meet short term business needs and impromptu customer demands at regional warehouses
• Make purchase order requests from central warehousing when products are below desired level
• Track the inventory flow to identify slow moving product stock at each region
• Utilize the company’s stock management ERP, Odoo to guard against pilferage, theft, fraud and other activities that adversely affect the company's operations
• Liaise with all sales team to ensure adequate stock availability of all products especially during peak sales period and long holidays
• Ensure products delivered to regional warehouses are of top quality and same quality delivered to customers and customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management in a similar industry
• Membership of CIPS or any other supply chain body is an added advantage
• Previous experience in medical service industry is an advantage

Competency and Skill Requirement

• Good knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Ability to demonstrate commitment to ethical standards and high level of integrity
• Knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software
• Ability to lead a team
• Organization and documentation skills
• Logical and systematic approach to work
• High attention to details
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
