Job Summary

• We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations and ensure smooth workflows in our retail store at Agidingbi in Ikeja.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping and minimizing stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, store managers, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a productive team environment.
• Monitor and report on key warehouse performance metrics.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role, preferably in retail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
