Responsibilities

• Greeting Guests: Welcoming customers warmly and escorting them to their tables.
• Taking Orders: Writing down or entering food and drink orders accurately.
• Serving Food and Drinks: Delivering orders promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Answering Questions: Providing information about the menu, ingredients, and specials.
• Handling Payments: Processing bills, accepting payments, and providing receipts.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping tables and the dining area tidy and ready for new guests.
• Addressing Issues: Resolving customer complaints or requests courteously.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
