Job Summary

• We are looking for a courteous and attentive Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a pleasant dining experience by taking orders accurately, serving meals promptly, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
