Job Summary

• As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
• Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist guests in selecting menu items, answering questions about the menu, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Take accurate and detailed orders, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to order specifications.
• Set up tables and dining areas according to established standards, ensuring clean and properly arranged utensils, glassware, and table linens.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for incoming guests.
• Maintain a neat and organized workstation, including the storage and restocking of necessary supplies.
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure food is prepared timely.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Check on customers periodically to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Process payments and make accurate change.
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide a high-quality dining experience.
