Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome customers upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus while explaining daily specials or promotions.
• Taking Orders: Listen carefully to customer orders, provide recommendations, and accurately input orders into the POS system. Relay any special dietary requirements or allergies to the kitchen.
• Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver meals and drinks to tables promptly and ensure that customers are satisfied with their orders. Check in periodically to address any needs or concerns.
• Handling Payments: Prepare and present bills to customers, process payments, and provide change as necessary.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dining area clean and organized, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests. Assist in general cleaning tasks as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and effective communication regarding orders and customer needs.
