Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the vocational school center, ensuring effective administration and operations.
• Curriculum Development: Oversee the development and implementation of vocational training programs, ensuring alignment with industry needs and standards.
• Staff Management: Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality instruction.
• Student Support: Foster a supportive learning environment, ensuring students receive guidance and resources to achieve their vocational goals.
• Industry Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with local industries, employers, and stakeholders to ensure relevance and effectiveness of training programs.

Requirements
