Role Summary

• Our client is looking for an experienced Visual Merchandising Lead to elevate the in-store customer experience through exceptional visual storytelling, fashion styling, and premium merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide creative direction to the Visual Merchandising & Styling team.
• Develop and execute seasonal visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, collection launches, photoshoots, and in-store activations.
• Create mood boards, colour stories, styling concepts, and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Oversee window displays, mannequin styling, product presentation, and overall store visual standards across all retail locations.
• Train store teams on fashion styling, product knowledge, outfit building, and merchandising techniques.
• Coordinate fashion campaigns, lookbooks, and product photoshoots while working closely with photographers, stylists, and other creative partners.
• Research global fashion and retail trends to introduce fresh merchandising ideas that strengthen the brand’s premium positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 6–7 years of experience in visual merchandising, fashion styling, or fashion retail management.
• Strong knowledge of premium retail merchandising, store layouts, display fixtures, and mannequin styling.
• Proven experience executing fashion campaigns, photoshoots, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and organisational skills with a strong commercial mindset.
