    About the Role

    • We’re on the hunt for a Product Brand Designer who gets just as excited about the art of branding as they do about purpose. You’ll be the bridge between our brand magic and product experience, making sure every tap, scroll, and swipe feels like Quidax. From button colours to empty states, you’ll bring our brand to life inside the product in ways that are bold, cohesive, and unforgettable. If you love turning brand vibes into product moments that users actually feel, this is your playground.

    What You’ll Be Owning

    • You’ll own how our brand shows up in-product — every button, interaction, and pixel. Your job? Make sure users feel Quidax from the first click to the last.

    Brand System, but Make It Scalable

    • Build and document a complete brand asset library for product teams in 30 days.
    • Boost self-serve usage of assets and cut down rework by 25%.
    • Turn “Where’s the logo file?” into a thing of the past.

    Consistency = Trust

    • Run quarterly brand audits to squash off-brand moments.
    • Drive user recognition of our visual style via surveys and feedback.
    • Set up a clear sign-off process for every new brand asset and element — no surprises.

    Brand Tools That Don’t Collect Dust

    • Train designers and engineers to use brand guidelines confidently (we’re aiming for 90%+ post-training).
    • Ensure 95% of new joiners complete brand onboarding in 2 weeks.
    • Maintain a living brand hub that answers 100% of “is this on-brand?” questions.

    Workflow Whisperer

    • Be the bridge between Brand, Product, and Comms — streamlining how we go from idea to launch.
    • Your win = faster launches with fewer rewrites.

    Brand Evangelist

    • Teach, guide, and hype the value of the brand in the product.
    • Make brand love go viral inside Quidax.

    Biggest Challenges You’ll Tackle

    • Turning brand strategy into UI magic — no brand guidelines lost in translation.
    • Keeping our brand vibe tight across a growing, ever-changing product suite.
    • Speeding up brand reviews without watering down the magic.
