    Salesforce Loyalty Solutions Architect

    About the Role

    • We're on the hunt for a Salesforce Loyalty Solutions Architect to be the linchpin in integrating our new Salesforce Loyalty Management tool. This role is crucial for supercharging our marketing and loyalty campaigns – think trading competitions, raffles, and altcoin promotions – directly impacting our ability to engage and retain our growing user base. If you're a Salesforce Loyalty expert who loves translating complex business needs into seamless technical solutions and empowering others, this is your chance to make a massive impact.

    What You’ll Be Owning

    Salesforce Loyalty Tool Integration & Optimization

    • Within 3 months: Lead the technical integration of Salesforce Loyalty Management with existing Salesforce instances and other critical systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality for pilot campaigns.
    • Within 6 months: Architect and implement scalable solutions within the Salesforce Loyalty tool to support diverse and growing marketing and loyalty campaigns (e.g., automated trading competitions, multi-tier raffles, targeted altcoin promotions).
    • Continuously: Identify and resolve integration challenges, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies, ensuring the loyalty tool operates at peak efficiency.

    Technical Consultation & IT Support

    • Within 90 days: Become the go-to technical expert for the IT department, providing deep insights and hands-on support for Salesforce Loyalty-related development, configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Ongoing: Collaborate closely with IT and development teams to design and implement custom solutions, APIs, and data models required to extend the functionality of the loyalty tool.
    • Continuously: Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, security, and governance related to loyalty programs.

    Product Manager Enablement & Training

    • Within 60 days: Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules and workshops for product managers, covering the core functionalities, configuration, and practical application of the Salesforce Loyalty tool.
    • Within 4 months: Empower product managers to independently design, launch, and manage loyalty campaigns within the Salesforce environment, fostering a self-sufficient and data-driven approach.
    • Ongoing: Act as a mentor and subject matter expert, providing continuous support and guidance to product managers as they leverage the loyalty tool for various campaign types.

    • Integrating the Salesforce Loyalty tool with our existing, complex ecosystem while ensuring data integrity and real-time synchronization.

    • Empowering non-technical product and marketing managers to confidently and effectively utilize a powerful and intricate tool like Salesforce Loyalty Management.
    • Staying ahead of evolving Salesforce features and best practices to optimize our loyalty program capabilities continually.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce Loyalty Management: You've been there, done that, and have scars (and successes!) to prove it when it comes to implementing, configuring, and optimizing this specific Salesforce product.
    • Proven experience in complex Salesforce integrations with external systems and custom applications.
    • A track record of successfully training and enabling non-technical stakeholders on complex software tools, making the intricate understandable and actionable.
    • You're not just a coder or configurator; you understand the strategic impact of loyalty programs and can align technical solutions with business objectives.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
    • Bonus: Good knowledge and/or experience in Fintechs, Banking, Crypto, or trading platforms

    • Boost self-serve usage of assets and cut down rework by 25%.
    • Turn “Where’s the logo file?” into a thing of the past.

    • Run quarterly brand audits to squash off-brand moments.
    • Drive user recognition of our visual style via surveys and feedback.
    • Set up a clear sign-off process for every new brand asset and element — no surprises.

    • Train designers and engineers to use brand guidelines confidently (we’re aiming for 90%+ post-training).
    • Ensure 95% of new joiners complete brand onboarding in 2 weeks.
