Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process visa applications for international travel.
• Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel logistics.
• Liaise with embassies, airlines, travel agents, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian immigration and international travel regulations.
• Track visa status, travel schedules, and documentation.
• Provide timely updates and support to travelers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all travel and visa activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in visa processing and ticketing coordination.
• Proven experience handling international travel arrangements and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian immigration regulations and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
