Videographer

Job Responsibilities:
- Filming real estate properties video on set and on location.
- Ensuring good photo composition, angles and positioning of the space taken
- Participating in the development, implementation, assessment, and revision of the video style palette
- Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment
- Appling videography, production, and post-production skills in the planning, management, and documentation of video shoots.
- Adding computer graphics, closed captioning and special effects to footage
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in videography and video editing, or related field
- Physical ability to move and hold recording equipment for long periods
- Proficiency with camera equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
