    Video Producer / Editor

    Responsibilities:

    Video Editing:

    • Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished promotional material, event highlights, and online content suitable for diverse platforms. This includes cutting footage, adding transitions, incorporating sound effects, music, and graphics, color correction, and mastering various distribution channels.
    • Work closely with the content creation team to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual stories.
    • Incorporate special effects, and transitions to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
    • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all video outputs.

    Creative Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with directors, writers, and other creative team members to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute creative visions for video projects.
    • Provide input on storyboards, shot lists, and overall project direction.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in video editing software, techniques, and equipment.
    • Continuously improve technical skills and explore new creative possibilities to enhance the quality and impact of video content.

    Quality Control:

    • Ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of video production, including visual aesthetics, audio quality, and technical specifications.
    • Conduct thorough reviews and revisions to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

    Motion Graphics and Animation:

    • Develop visually appealing and dynamic multimedia content, including animations, motion graphics, and audio-visual elements.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute multimedia projects aligning with our brand and marketing objectives.
    • Ensure the quality of multimedia content follows visual ID and meets industry standards.

    Shooting:

    • Capture high-quality video footage, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and composition.
    • Travel to various locations for on-site shooting when required.

    Audio Production:

    • Record, edit, and mix audio elements, including voiceovers, sound effects, and music tracks.
    • Ensure audio content meets the highest quality standards and suits the intended purpose.

    Multimedia Optimization:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance multimedia content quality and effectiveness.
    • Optimize video content for different platforms and formats, including social media, websites, presentations, and events. Understand best practices for each platform and tailor content accordingly to maximize reach and engagement.

    Project Management:

    • Manage all multimedia projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary.
    • Coordinate with clients, directors, and other team members to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback throughout the production process.

    Organization of Files:

    • Maintain a well-organized digital library of raw footage, edited videos, and motion graphics projects.
    • Implement a systematic file-naming convention for easy retrieval.
    • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure proper backup procedures are in place.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Multimedia Design, Film Production, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in motion graphics, video production, graphic design, and audio production.
    • Proficiency in multimedia software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition), Final Cut Pro, and other relevant software.
    • Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Passion for music, entertainment, and event promotion is a plus.
    • Positive mindset, with a can-do attitude.
